Privacy policy

No account, no form

BateauOuAvion doesn't ask you for any personal information. The calculator runs in your browser. Only the departure city, destination, month and length of stay you choose are sent to our server, with no personal data, to look up the best real flight price from our partner Travelpayouts. We keep the price found for that route, never your search.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, browser type) to serve pages and protect the site against attacks.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages are read most. This tool sets no cookies and doesn't track visitors across sites: it only counts overall statistics.

Affiliate links and Travelpayouts

The site uses a script from Travelpayouts, our travel affiliate platform. It recognises links to our partners (flights, car hire) so that any resulting booking is credited to the site. This script, and the partner sites you reach after clicking, may use cookies or identifiers to track that journey.

The script only loads if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page; you'll be asked again after six months.

These services have their own privacy policies, which you can read on their websites.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to hafedh.bendhia.dev@gmail.com. If you live in the European Union or the UK, you can also complain to your country's data protection authority.
